“I’d just like to send a brief email to say a very positive thank you. I have recieved today a ten bag delivery of compost, soil and hardcore.

I booked this date two weeks ago and explained the challenges with access to my lane but thanks to a great delivery team, today went like clock work, thank you.

And thanks to the front of store team who took my order and listened attentively to my requests and instructions as well as the double check phone call prior to delivery.

All this implies to me a very good work culture within your organisation, something that has to migrate from your management team and their ability to develope a positive culture, well done.

Thanks once again, a real pleasure doing business”

“Just a short note to thank you for a smooth transaction from ordering fencing material through to delivery.

I took advantage of your one pence delivery option and was impressed with the notification on the day and the neatness of the load left on my drive as requested.

I will continue to use yourselves as my first contact for any future timber projects in the future.”

“I finished my project of building a tree house for my grandchildren just in time for the start of the summer holidays, both Children & Adults love it.

90% of the materials purchased from Charlton’s at The Timberstore. It’s really handy to have such a quality timber merchant close by, I received great service from the sales and picking teams at Charlton’s, I’d happily recommend and come back again for the next project.”

Fabulous selection of timber… great and helpful staff with good coffee to boot. Most excellent many thanks.

Lovely bunch of guys and gals, good selection of quality timber for someone as fussy as me! and good coffee too. Thanks all
